  • For bookings 29 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing by 11:00am, 28 days prior to arrival, to avoid a charge equal to the full booking value.
  • For bookings of 90+ nights or more: a tenancy agreement can be created. There would be a cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival and once in-house.

Cancellation requests received less than the free cancellation notice period above will result in a charge equal to the full booking value.

Amendments to dates must be made in-line with the cancellation policy.

Advance Purchase Non Refundable Rate – Cancellation, changes or refunds are not possible once booked.

Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
