  • Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the duration is reduced.
Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required at the time of booking to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:

  • For Studio and One Bedroom Apartments – £150.00
  • For Two Bedroom Apartments – £250.00

This will be refunded in full, once the apartment has been inspected and within a maximum of 7 days after departure.
