Our Solution

We began the search presenting a range of specific options with prices based on Darryl’s initial enquiry in key locations around the city.

He then expressed an interest in the Mayfair district to be closer to the city centre if the price range was workable.He also preferred to be within within 10 minutes’ walk from a grocery store like Whole Foods.

We offered a comparison between a few possible solutions. He selected Arlington House, a luxury serviced apartment development next to The Ritz.

Once he was ready to book, we negotiated a special rate based on his dates and availability for an Excecutive One Bedroom Apartment (65 sqmtrs) on a higher floor with city views. The apartment also included a Miele washing machine and an extra guest toilet.

With the ongoing goverment imposed quarantine rules changing at the time, we wanted Darryl to have as much flexibility with cancellation policies as possible.

The apartment we secured for him offered flexible cancellation of 24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund to accommodate any last minute changes that may arise due to the Covid situation.

After the booking, we arranged an early check-in and assisted with grocery shopping delivery as well as specially requested bathroom amenities.

During the stay, our team was also on hand to escalate the issue of replacing a kitchen appliance to the management.

The Feedback

The website was easy to navigate with both amenities clearly detailed, numerous unit pictures, pricing  information for budgeting detail, and location maps with useful information regarding restaurants and activities nearby highlighted.

The team worked with us to ensure all our questions were answered and we had all the accommodations available to make our stay a pleasant one. We will be using your services again as we continue to expand in Europe.

The units are well appointed with the latest technology and allows a long term business stay to work from home, cook at home and be comfortable. Because of the ample space of the units, it is perfect for a single businessman or family stay while sorting out company business needs in London. We found our ability to walk to most office locations, attractions and restaurants invaluable in making our long term stay a pleasant and stress free.
