Cancellations & Amendments
- For stays up to 89 nights – Cancellations confirmed in writing before 11am, 14 days prior to arrival are offered a full refund. Cancellations confirmed anytime after 11am and less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the number of days short of of the 14 day notice period (e.g. 5 days’ notice = 9-night charge).
- For 90 night stays and over, 30 days’ notice prior to arrival to avoid a charge equal to 30 nights accommodation.
- A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately.
- Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.
Security Deposit
A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
