For stays of up to 89 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 7 nights’ accommodation.
For stays of 90 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 14 nights’ accommodation.
Amendments to dates must be made in-line with the cancellation policy.

Security Deposit
