Cancellations & Amendments
Once the deposit has been received the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations
- Cancellations confirmed in writing before 11:00 am local time 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 2 weeks accommodation.
- Cancellations confirmed in writing anytime after 11:00 am local time and less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 8 weeks accommodation.
Amendments
- Changes to arrival/departure dates may be possible, subject to availability, and may require signing a new Tenancy Agreement.
Early Departure
- If you leave early after check-in, a charge for 3 months’ stay plus VAT applies, and the tenancy agreement will be terminated.
Security Deposit
- For stays of 1 month the security deposit is 2 weeks rent.
- For stays of 3 months an over the security deposit is 4 weeks rent.
- The deposit is refunded after departure once the apartment and inventory are checked.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Smoking
No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
