Cancellations & Amendments

For Flexible Rate Bookings (excluding June to August)

Cancellations received in writing by 11:00am at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

Cancellations received after 11:00am or less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full booking value.

Summer Bookings (Stays during June to August):

In case of cancellation more than 21 days prior to arrival a 25% charge applies. In case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival full charge applies.

No cancellations or changes are possible once confirmed. No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows and early departures.

Security Deposit

A security deposit up to £1000 will be pre-authorised on your credit or debit card within 72 hours of your arrival date as per below: Amount depends of type of unit booked. This amount will be refunded on the cardholder’s account after departure if the following have been adhered to:

  1. All bills for extras and incidentals are paid and all keys are returned.
  2. All contents, utensils and appliances are left in a perfectly clean and working condition.
  3. If dry cleaning or steam cleaning is required to furnishings and carpets after departure an appropriate amount will be deducted.
  4. All broken, missing or soiled items on the inventory are replaced or relevant costs paid.
