Bookings of 29 to 90 nights:

Cancellation must be made in writing by 11:00am local time, at least 28 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after 11:00am local time or less than 28 days in advance will be charged the full booking amount.

Any reservations exceeding 91+ nights, cancellations are subject to the booking contract.

Peak Season:

Please note that for the periods of 15 May until 31 August, as well as stays between 15th of December and January 3rd, the cancellation policy is 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation must be made in writing by 11:00am local time, at least 45 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after 11:00 am local time or less than 45 days in advance will be charged the full booking amount.

Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the duration is reduced.

Security Deposit

No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
