Spacious, spotless and comfortable. One Bedroom apt with half bath also had a full tub and shower stall. But this is an apartment, not a hotel, while there is concierge service and housekeeping, it’s not a full service hotel. But the added space much exceeds that trade off.
Working with Gavin was so helpful. He answered all my questions and steered me to the right property for my needs and budget.

In our first apartment the appliances were meant working …. First the dishwasher then the washer. Improve on the working of appliances
We loved our stay at Arlington House. The staff is wonderful, from Senior Management to the lovely cleaning crew. The location left us thoroughly spoilt. The decor could use an update but overall was well presented, clean and comfortable. If only they had a gym.. Check-In London is AMAZING. When I finally came across Check-In London after googling London flat lets for the zillionth time, I was hesitant because their website and tech are in need of a serious update. But don’t be put off by the basic online facilities: a real human named Gavin provided genuinely helpful, old-fashioned service and ultimately wound up finding us the perfect place to stay. Can’t recommend enough.
Very worn furniture and stained carpets. Badly equipped kitcken (not many cooking utensils). Balcony not accessible until over a month into a 2 month stay, meaning the apartment was very stuffy. Peculiar “sucking” noises through the air vents at all hours.. Booking through Check-in London (Gavin Pereira) was very efficient and helpful.
No soap supplied When I requested I’ve been told you have to pay for the soup and no tissue in the living room no tissue in the bedroom It is not about the money but inconvenience this is basic for a three star hotel. Reliable and prompt service
These serviced apartments were amazing for our family. Clean, bright, with tons of room. And you cannot beat the location—right on Green Park. The front staff were very kind and helpful. Bathrooms were renovated and the kitchen had all the facilities. Even in our 1-bedroom we had 2 bathrooms. Soundproofing was good—I never heard any sounds from the neighbors. The only drawback was that you can’t use the courtyard, but I suppose it keeps the noise down..
Both the lobby and the apartment need a refurbishment into a more modern style. Light in the bathrooms is very poor..
This was a perfect place to stay in to explore London! Great location, great service, great space!.

We had to change apartment because the some guest had smoked before in the apartment and the smell of smoke was disgusting. You have to improve that.
A very pleasant experience. Very nice staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Apartment spacious and well-appointed, clean, with all required equipment in the kitchen. Excellent location and surprisingly quiet.. Comprehensive and easy to navigate well-designed website. Competitive rates. Extremely attentive and helpful personnel dealing with our bookings (we had two from same company) and special needs of one family. Staff came back time and again with ideas and suggestions to provide us with what we were looking for. Polite, friendly and always professional. Well done to your team.

I would recommend as the 2 bedroom apartment we had was comfortable, clean and set out very well. One problem we had was getting locked out on the balcony as there was. No outside handle on the door and the wind caught it, lucky we had mobile phone out there and we were able to call the porter. What is needed is customer service (badly). After sending an email a while ago stating my flight landed at 6am therefore if an apartment was ready early that would be good, but no – very tired/very hot our apartment was ready at 3.30pm !!! Like I said apartment nice.. Used previously. I am not sure if my email about early arrival went to check- in London. If so maybe it wasn’t passed on to Arlington Hse
