Cancellations & Amendments
  • Free cancellations, with a full refund, if cancelled in writing by 11:00am 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation and changes made after 11:00am or less than 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur cancellation charges as detailed below.
  • For cancellation notice received after 11:00am or less than 14 days before the check-in date, the client is liable to a charge of 14 nights accommodation or the total booking value (whichever is lower).
  • After check-in, should the client wish to shorten the stay, 14 nights prior notice is required to be refunded the balance of the stay.
Security Deposit

On arrival £150.00 security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment. This will be refunded in full 7 days after departure.
