Where cancellation notice is given ahead of the below notice periods, a full refund is due.

  • For stays up to 13 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • For stays of 14 to 27 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am local time at least 7 days prior to arrival.
  • For stays of 28 to 89 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For stays of 90+ nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time at least 21 days prior to arrival.

Where cancellation or amendment notices are given later than the above periods, a cancellation charge applies.

For example:
If a stay was booked for 20 nights and just 5 days’ notice was given (instead of the 7 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 2 nights.

If a stay was booked for 90 nights and just 3 days’ notice was given (instead of the 21 days required per the policy) the penalty would be 18 nights.

A higher nightly rate may apply in the case of any reductions to the duration of the stay and this payment will be due immediately.

Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
