How long can you book a serviced apartment for?
Serviced apartments can be booked for short term stays from 3 nights to 3 months or for extended stays up to a year or longer.
They are best suited for stays of 7 nights or more because of their all-inclusive pricing and flexible booking terms that come without any lengthy contract commitments.

Depending on the type of property, you may have 1,2,3 or more bedrooms. Studios comprise of one large room with open plan living and sleeping areas.
Check the square footage or floorplan (or sq mts) to get a good understanding of the space available.
How often are serviced apartments cleaned?
Housekeeping services, bin clearing, linen and towel changes vary from daily, twice a week, weekly or once fortnightly in some properties, check this before you book.
