Cancellations & Amendments
  • For cancellations received before 11:00am and more than 14 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be provided.
  • For cancellations received after 11:00am and less than 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge equal to up to 14 nights accommodation will apply.

Amendments: 14 nights notice is required to shorten a stay. Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.

Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
