Cancellations & Amendments

Notice of cancellation is as follows in order to receive a full refund:

  • Stays of 1 – 29 nights – Notice of cancellation is required in writing by 11:00am 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays of 30 – 89 nights – Notice of cancellation is required in writing by 11:00am 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Stays of 90+ nights – Notice of cancellation is required in writing by 11:00am 21 days prior to arrival.

If you fail to arrive or fail to notify us of any changes to your arrival date we will treat this as a “no show” and the full amount charged will be non refundable. If you cancel or amend your booking within the above notice periods, you will be charged for any days that fall outside of the 7, 14 or 21 days. Any change in the arrival or departure date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and re-booking and the terms above will apply.

Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
