Connect26 in Austin (February 15–18, 2026) proved to be something genuinely special, and for us, an unforgettable first experience.
From the moment the event began, what stood out most was the people. It was a pleasure to spend time with professionals from across the corporate housing sector, reconnecting with familiar faces while also building new relationships with industry peers from the US and beyond. The conversations were insightful, open, and refreshingly honest, the kind of discussions that not only exchange ideas but also reinforce the collaborative spirit that defines this industry.

Insightful Learning & Meaningful Dialogue
The education sessions were a central highlight of the week. Each discussion offered valuable perspectives on how corporate housing continues to evolve in response to shifting client expectations, operational challenges, and broader market dynamics. From emerging trends to practical strategies, the sessions provided a wealth of takeaways that will undoubtedly shape future thinking and decision-making.
Equally impactful was the Marketplace. More than just an exhibition space, it became a hub for meaningful connection, a place where conversations sparked ideas, partnerships began to form, and shared challenges led to collaborative solutions. The energy throughout the space reflected the forward-thinking mindset of the sector.

Austin Energy Beyond the Conference Floor
Of course, Connect 26 was not limited to formal sessions. The networking events brought an unmistakable Austin flair, blending business with memorable experiences.
The BBQ & Brew Adventure Tour, sponsored by The Lansburgh, delivered exactly the kind of relaxed, engaging atmosphere that makes industry networking so effective. The evening became even more memorable with a birthday celebration for Gavin Pereira aboard the Green Nights bus tour, a moment that perfectly captured the warmth and camaraderie of the week.

The Mark Milani Morning Move & Mingle, supporting Move For Hunger (CHPA’s philanthropic partner) and sponsored by Prime Time Leasing and Alacrity Solutions, offered a different but equally valuable experience. Combining wellness, networking, and philanthropy, the event reflected the industry’s growing emphasis on community impact.

Meanwhile, the Topgolf Networking Dinner, sponsored by Akita Management Services, created the ideal setting for relaxed conversations and deeper connections away from the conference environment.
A Proud Moment at the Tower of Excellence Awards
One of the most meaningful highlights of the week was the Tower of Excellence Awards Reception & Dinner, sponsored by Flashpoint Technologies and Corporate Quarters USA.
It was a particularly proud moment to see our very own Tanielle Pereira nominated as a contender for Individual of the Year. The nomination itself stands as a remarkable achievement and a reflection of dedication, professionalism, and contribution to the sector.

A Seamless & Welcoming Experience
Behind every successful event is an extraordinary amount of coordination, and Connect 26 was no exception. A sincere thank you goes to the Corporate Housing Providers Association team and the many volunteers who ensured the event ran seamlessly. The organisation, attention to detail, and genuine warmth extended throughout the week did not go unnoticed.

Looking Ahead
Connect 26 delivered far more than industry updates and networking opportunities. It provided fresh perspectives, strengthened relationships, and valuable insights that will carry forward well beyond Austin.
