1. Search

Explore our website using the search bar by adding your dates and location preferences to find a property for your needs. You can filter by price, type of property, amenities, size of rooms and more to find the right match.

Add your favourite options to your shortlist and share with colleagues or clients.

If you cannot find any options, send us an enquiry or give us a call and one of our specialists will be happy to assist you further.

2. Shortlist

Our website gives you estimated rates based on your length of stay and the dates of your booking to help you shortlist the best match for your requirements.

If you are unsure, we're here to guide you through the process and help you shortlist the most suitable property for your specific needs by answering any questions you may have.

We can also arrange viewings so that you can see the accommodation first-hand before making a decision.

3. Finalise

When you have chosen a property, proceed to complete an online booking request from the property webpage (under the room types).

Be sure to check all the terms and conditions before completing your booking request and clarify any queries you may have with our team such as additional beds, check-in arrangements, parking charges etc.

4. Confirm

After we receive your booking request, our team will check availability and contact you to confirm your booking.

We will send you a secure payment link if your chosen accommodation is available.

Once payment has been made, you will be send your booking confirmation by email.

You can make payment by bank transfer or credit card. We also offer corporate clients credit facilities (on application)

If your chosen accommodation is not available, we will contact you to suggest suitable alternatives and help you with your search.

Arrival & Stay

Prior to arrival, we will contact you with instructions and the key collection process. After check-in, you will be looked after by the accommodation's guest services team.

If you need any assistance during your stay, we are here to help. We work closely with all our property partners and will support you if you need to escalate any issues or complaints.

Check-Out

After check-out, we follow up with you to review the accommodation and rate our service via a feedback form or phone call.
