Great location but the lift was not working and we were on the third floor. We suspect it had been out of service for some time. The wifi never worked, and we reported this on Day 1 but on checkout Day 6, it was still not fixed. We were promised instructions to log into another network, but these were never sent. On Day 4 the hot water boiler failed. We had cold showers in the morning and reported it first thing, again with the promise that they would send someone. We returned at 4.30 pm to find no one had been, and again contacted them, this time a little more annoyed. They sent someone who fixed it and someone to look at the wifi. The boiler was fixed, but not the wifi. Also, the appliances were quality brands, but not intuitive to use, namely the microwave/oven. There were guides for all appliances except that one.

On the plus side, the apartment was well laid out, had all the necessary facilities, and a comfortable bed.
