I had a problem getting into the apartment on arrival as it was out of hours. The key instructions were totally inadequate and the emergency call number did not answer. I had to get help from the hairdressers next door and spent $28 on international roaming charges (I did not have a local sim card yet) and it took several hours for someone to come from Globe Apartments to show me how to get in. It was very frustrating and annoying and embarrassing having to get help from next door. The apartment was also not cleaned perfectly with black hair on the bathroom floor and sink (I am blonde).. Chrystall was very efficient in answering all my emails and requests.
