The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. It was virtually nonexistent. The TV ran off the Wi-Fi and every day when we switched the TV on, it did not work. None of our phones connected properly to the Wi-Fi, Signal was intermittent if at all. Naser and stefan both tried to be as helpful as they could. But they were unable to solve the problem we were extremely frustrated by the experience , not having reliable Internet when we all had to communicate with our businesses back at home. On arrival we received one towel each which is really not adequate and it seemed as though toilet paper was on ration. also, it would have been nice to have had some dishwashing liquid and paper towels available. Overall, We were disappointed with the apartment and the level of service compared to previous rental apartments we have used in london.. we dealt with Matthew Brooks, who was very helpful in renting the apartment. whoever owns the apartment really makes needs to make some vast improvements
We did not receive a fob to let us in so we had to ask the not very helpful reception staff to do at times. The shower was a nightmare!! No pressure, hand held and the position of the shower affixed to the wall is not user friendly at all. And I would be very concerned with an older person having to get in our out of the bath/shower, it’s to high. We never felt clean and washing your hair was easier to do in the kitchen.
We arrived on Saturday, house keeping came Tuesday which we felt was a bit too soon, then after 6 days I had to email for housekeeping please change sheets and towels etc. Then on our last day housekeeping turned up and asked if we needed anything doing??? The dishwasher did not work, the towel rail did not work, there is no toilet roll holder. As the weather turned hotter there is no fan or aircon, so we slept with the window open and found the noise of the trains and construction disturbing at times.
Some of the issues are minor but we sucked it up and dealt with it.. We had no issues booking with you and found your responses very quick. Thank you . Maybe reception staff could be a little more friendlier and if you check out earlier it would be nice if you had somewhere to store baggage before you have to head to the airport.
We rented a two bedroom which happens to be a duplex.. for someone with bad knees like me, a one storey would actually be better.. Very good experience, Gavin was very responsive and the duty manager was also very helpful, in particular helping to store my belongings prior to check in and after check out. The only thing about the unit I stayed, was the kitchen sink, I think it would be better to have a strainer at drain hole. That could protect your drainage.
We had a lovely stay in this apartment and so convenient with supermarkets only 5 minutes walk either way from the door. Very comfortable accommodation and very spacious. Nice addition was the balcony with table/chairs outside.. Very easy and with phone contact to clarify a few questions we had. The booking in was very easy and quick with a very pleasant young lady to show us in and explain a few details.
First week was not a good experience.
Bin lid broken, oven not working, very cold inside the apartment, water either hot or cold and more. It’s very noisy with the tube passing every 2 minutes until midnight and ealry in the morning. Isolation of the windows not good not good.
The apartment is very well situated and has a beautiful view. Bed is comfortable .
Nice apartment but definitely not worth the price.

Just a small suggestion. In terms of the replacement. You shd be able to replenish the hand soap and soapnetc at the least, especially if we are stayong for almost twonweeks.
As per the contract I was supposed to received my deposit back after 14 days. It is now 17 days and I have not received it. This happed the last time I booked with West Point.. Location, price and quality of the accommodation.
The apartment was lovely and I was pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a one bedroom from a studio. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful in explaining things and helped with my super luggage. It came fully equipped with everything I would need to cook. I would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the tube was very good.. Your service was thorough and I had all the information well in advance.
The stay was great. However, I had some difficulties with the administrators of the apartment. Initially overcharged. Time taken to obtain a refund for the overcharge and then the refund of the deposit. Only communication possible was with robots. Otherwise all good!.
very good location but some rooms which are facing the train are noisy, otherwise excellent..
This apartment was filthy. The carpets and sofa hadn’t been cleaned in years (the throw cushions were stained beyond belief) and the bathrooms had mildew everywhere. There were strong food smells (curry) wafting into the apartment all night long. The beds were comfortable and if we hadn’t been so desperate for accomodation, we would have found somewhere else to stay and demanded our money back.. You need to check the cleanliness of your accommodations more thoroughly before you list them!
Conveniently located near the bus stand and tube station which can be easily used with Oyster card . Sainsbury supermarket is also close by which really provides further comfort .
