Had quite a few issues when I arrived- no Wi-Fi, the dishwasher had issues as well as the washer dryer. Ahmed as very helpful. Also, pillows are very hard and terrible. Could have better quality. Wi-Fi did not work several times. Excellent
Had trouble with WiFi for a couple of days – landline phones wouldn’t charge – foyer lights did not work – lighting wasn’t bright enough – bo flat sheets on bed – uncomfortable, lumpy bed lacking support – kitchen worked well – customer service at globe apartments was slow and inefficient – things eventually got done but I wasted a lot of time babysitting every problem. Someone should check the rental apartment thoroughly before guests arrive – have a checklist of things that should be looked over and make sure everything is in working condition
The stay was very comfortable. Clean with good facilities. Only issue with the apartments was picking up key at a different location at check-in time and the frequency of towel change. Towel change should be more than once a week. We are grateful to have been accommodated a midweek change as well.. Gavin was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.
Started badly as the taxi driver could not find the location in a pedestrian area/street. After finally settling in, we were very happy with the accommodation, location, and facilities in the apartment (washer, drier, towel rail). Never got the Nespresso to puncture the coffee capsules without crushing them and the outside landline did not seem to work although the Sky and Wifi worked excellently. Great choice of good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We definitely recommend and will come back again.. Hats off to Gavin at Check-in London, he was extremely helpful through out the whole process (booking, airport shuttle both ways, snags in the flat, someone providing support), always responsive on Live Chat.
