Cancellations & Amendments
- For bookings up to 28 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am local time at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full booking value.
- For bookings between 29 and 89 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am local time at least 28 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full booking value.
- For bookings of 90+ nights or more: a tenancy agreement can be created. There would be a cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival and once in-house.
- Amendments to dates must be made in-line with the cancellation policy.
- Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the length of stay is reduced.

Security Deposit
A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
