A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.

Cancellations & Amendments
  • Stays up to 89 nights – written notice must be received by 11 AM 15 days prior to arrival to cancel your booking. In case of late cancellation, a charge of 15 nights will be applied. For early departure the same cancellation policy will apply.
  • 90+ night’s stay – No cancellation or date changes possible for the first 90 nights of the booking. After 90 nights, 31 nights notice is required for an early departure. Stay extensions subject to availability.
  • Extensions – Please note that extensions on accommodation are accepted starting from from a minimum of 7 nights subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
