How many people can a serviced apartment accommodate?
Serviced apartments range from studios for one or two people to five bedrooms sleeping up to 10. Maximum occupancy limits apply in all serviced apartments for health and safety reasons. However many properties do allow you to add extra beds (either foldaway or sofa beds) and baby cots for infants, usually for an extra charge.
How long can you book a serviced apartment for?
Serviced apartments can be booked for short term stays from 3 nights to 3 months or for extended stays up to a year or longer.
They are best suited for stays of 7 nights or more because of their all-inclusive pricing and flexible booking terms that come without any lengthy contract commitments.
