Cancellations & Amendments

For stays of up to 89 nights:

  • Notice of cancellation received in writing before 11:00 am local time 14 days prior to arrival are offered a full refund.
  • Notice of cancellation received anytime after 11:00 am local time or less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the number of days short of of the 14 day notice period (e.g. 5 days’ notice = 9-night charge).

For stays of 90 + nights:

  • Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00 am local time 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 30 nights’ accommodation.

Depending on the length of stay booked, the rate quoted may be subject to an increase if the duration is reduced.

Extensions are subject to availability. Refunds will not be made for non-arrivals.

Security Deposit

A holding deposit is held to cover all damages, losses and other charges. After vacating the apartment, any deposit will be returned no more than 7 days after departure.
