Cancellations & Amendments

To avoid a cancellation charge, notice of cancellation must be received as per below:

  • For stays up to 28 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am at least 7 days prior to arrival.
  • 29-89 nights stay: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • 90+ nights stay: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 11:00am at least 28 days prior to arrival.


Where insufficient notice is given, the cancellation charge will be the nightly charge for the apartment multiplied by the number of additional days’ notice that should have been given. For example: If notice of cancellation was given only 3 days prior to arrival for a 10 night stay, then the cancellation charge applied would equal to 4 night’s accommodation cost (7-3=4). Or If notice of cancellation was given only 3 days prior to arrival for a 40 night stay, then the cancellation charge applied would equal to 11 night’s accommodation cost (14-3=11)

Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required to cover against any incidental damages that may occur whilst occupying the apartment as below:

  • One Bedroom Apartments – £200.00
  • Two Bedroom Apartments – £300.00

This will be refunded in full after departure once the apartment is inspected.

No smoking permitted inside the apartment or common areas of the building.
