The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious enough for 2 people. However we had no hot water for showering on multiple days and the toilet did not always flush. The staff were responsive to our issues but unfortunately the hot water issue was never fully resolved as it went off again on our last night before departing. The living room furniture could be improved with a sofa for two and a coffee table along with a carpet. It was pretty dingy. And the weekly cleaning should have resupplied toilet tissue etc. The kitchen also should have been stocked with a few dish towels, paper towel etc.
Rubbish Collection from outside bins seems to be a problem. Bins were filled to brim nearly every day. Maybe it is out of the control of the owners of the property.. Excellent and timely.
I would have thought they would have cleaned up the out door space a little. Nice space but we didn’t use because it was dirty with spider webs. Outstanding. Gavin and his crew are super super helpful!! I can always count on them to deliver excellent service and customer attention

About the 2 bedroom apartment the bedroom suite should have the king size bed.. Thanks for being available when we needed you.
Just an issue with the towels. To few towels – exactly 3 towels for 3 people. There were no hand towels for us. The towels in the apartment need to be refreshed. The towels are extremely old. The towels is basically the only negative at the apartment..
The Managing Agents were quick to respond to requests eg provision of a hair dryer, replacing faulty light bulbs. They provided an info pack with clear instructions about such essentials as operating the heating system, rubbish disposal and connecting to the internet as well as information about the area. The welcome pack of beverages (including real milk!) and nibbles was greatly appreciated, as was the provision of detergents for kitchen machines and sink. The agents’ extended office hours made it easy to collect the keys to the flat.. Customer service from Check-in-London was extremely prompt, reassuring and helpful.
