Security Deposit

A deposit equal to up to 6 week’s rent is required once the agreement has been signed for any incidentals during the guest’s stay. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit is released back to the guest after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guest’s stay.
