The apartment was as represented in the photos. It was clean and cleaning products were provided. Underground and buses were a short walk from the building. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Apartment often felt warm and stuffy from afternoon sun. We could not regulate the temperature. WiFi worked well. We never saw never anyone on the reception desk. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. Our biggest challenge was that the apartment faced the street where Waitrose and Tesco received early morning deliveries daily. It was not possible to sleep past 7 am.. Luigi was very responsive in helping to identify suitable properties for a month-long stay in London. When we were dissatisfied with Brewery Yard, he was able to find a suitable replacment at the last minute.

Excellent; except for the shower which was temperamental – same setting every day produced hot to cool. Not very relaxing. Small gripe on what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Other concern was the lift not working the day I left and having to carry a heavy suitcase down 2 flights of stairs. No obvious alternative..

Lots of windows so very light, lots of room. Above a Tesco express and a Waitrose. Easy walking to Farringdon station . It had everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay.. Easy, seamless, it felt personal and any issues we had were addressed quickly.

All guests required working during their stay at the apartments, it would be good if lighting in the apartment could be adjusted. For example, color and brightness of the desk lamp provided could not be adjusted to the level which is suitable for reading. Besides, lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough. The hair dryer could not be used in the bathroom, it would be better if appropriate socket is also provided there as an alternative. Instruction manuals to the electrical appliances are not provided in full eg washing/dryer machine, microwave/oven, dishwasher.. Excellent services provided by Check-In London.
