Absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment was neat and well equipped with all necessities. It’s conveniently located and close to transport, shops and restaurants. Great assistance always from Gavin and team. Always willing to help.

I had a wonderful stay at Lak Apartments. The apartment was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and public transport. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

This is a serviced apartment and they are great about taking garbage out daily. Would be helpful if they simply checked or offered grab and go supplies e.g. soaps, dish washing detergent, laundry pods, toilet paper.

Apartment was super clean and modern. Just a few comments about the bathroom – grab bars in tub and rubber strips in tub would have been a good idea. Also supply of towels was chintzy – one hand towel and one washcloth for 2 guests? There was a problem on our last day (Oct 31st). Returned home to find that we were locked out of the apartment. However, called the emergency number and someone came within 10 minutes to give us a new door code.. I was totally impressed with your agency’s prompt reply to my e-mails. Even though we were totally familiar with the neighborhood having stayed on the same street a number of times in the past, Gavin’s telephone call to make sure that the neighborhood would suit our needs was a total surprise and greatly appreciated!

the air conditions system is non existant…opening the windows does little to create a comfortable environment.. sleeping in a hot box is not what i expected; the tv package needs to be expanded. ok

Great central location with a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Rd station and a large Waitrose. Apartment felt like a home away from home. High quality appliances in like new condition; apartment was well maintained and impeccably clean, however a Dyson vacuum cleaner or broom would be nice to tidy up. TVs provided don’t connect to Netflix or their own wifi network, and are a bit old and small in size. Wifi connection was troublesome as could not maintain a stable connection on my Mac laptop which has never faced a problem with connecting to any other guest or hotel wifi hotspots.. Fantastic booking and check in / check out experience. Personalized service with near immediate replies to any queries. They work with high quality properties and managers and thus able to provide high levels of comfort and positive client experiences.

It would be useful to have mats in the shower to prevent slipping. Also useful would be higher-watt light bulbs in the lamps.. Easy, professional and affable.

We loved the apartment as it had all the things we needed i.e. fridge/stove/washer/dryer/dishwasher, utensils etc. Also everything was in almost new condition and not worn out or oversused. Our Hostess Mirella was excellent too. She was there to receive and introduce us to the room. Also the 24 hour in-house management was nice. When we had questions we could either phone or go down one floor to the office. It was exactly like the pictures we saw. We were three people sharing the One Bedroom Apartment. Ideally very good for two.. Booking experience was awesome. Mr. Booker was very good and made us feel comfortable before we even arrived. His responses to my emails, etc. were very quick. As soon as we had confirmed our booking the Check in Team sent us a letter with Important information. We were very happy with everything and will definitely rebook whenever we come back to London

It was always too hot in the apartment and in the building in general. No matter what the temperature outside, the building seemed to be generating heat. For this reason the Cleanilness and Comfort score was not higher.. Booking was a very good experience with Gavin.
