    No, unlike private rental properties or some Airbnbs, none of our serviced accommodation charge a cleaning fee on departure. This is included within the cost of the stay.

    How do I check in to my London apartment?

    Depending on the property, you can use contactless check-in via a digital key, a secure key-box system, or a traditional 24/7 reception desk. Specific check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before arrival to ensure a smooth arrival in the city.

    Is there luggage storage available?
